At Satcom Direct, we’ve made considerable investment in our own infrastructure to deliver a better user experience than other providers over exactly the same satellite network.
Our wholly-owned Satellite Ground Stations, Data Center, and Points of Presence are all interconnected by a fully redundant private network over terrestrial and satellite links. Our infrastructure runs on automated, redundant power sources for 100% uptime.
We provide 24/365 onsite network and service monitoring and support from three geographically-diverse Network Operating Centers based at our Melbourne headquarters and our Satellite Ground Stations in Southbury, CT and Santa Paula, CA.
