Building

SD Data Center is a purpose-built, Tier 3 facility rated to withstand a Category 5 hurricane.

  • Total size: 25,000 sq ft
  • Customer space: 20,000 sq ft
  • 8-inch reinforced tilt wall construction with 4-inch concrete roof and elastomeric coating for further protection against leaks
  • Situated on high ground next to a natural drainage field with the building foundation elevated by a further 4 feet
